Here's the supposed sequence of events:

1. Rulership plays Super Enlightened Nova Apollonus Dragerion (a limited to one card for context) and uses its Meteorburn ability to Break all of Marche's Shields.
2. Marche does Shield Check and has at least four Shield Triggers with two Heaven's Gates, Find the Truth, Johnny! (A dual Creature/Spell card with Blue Impulse), and Perfect Alcadeia (Gets Shield Trigger when you have two or less Shield, so the effect works since Dragerion's Meteorburn Breaks all the Shields at once).
3. Marche resolves Perfect Alcadeia first, and uses its "Reveal the top 2 cards of your deck. Put all Light and Water cards from among them into your hand, and put the rest on the bottom of your deck in any order." effect twice to add up to four cards to her hand.
4. Find the Truth, Johnny! is resolved next to return up to three Creatures back to their owners hand with Rulership's Dragerion, Redzone, and Blackzone being chosen.
5. The two Heaven's Gates (put up to two non-evolution Light Creatures with Blocker from hand into play) are resolved last with "Welkius, Assault Gate Elemental", "Hyper Alcadeias, Super Lord of Spirits", "Bau Mad Romaion, Concatenated True Wicked", "Miracle Stellar, Heaven Revolutionary Knight Lady", and "Lastjudge, Judgment Elemental" being put into play.
6. Romaion's EX Life effect resolves first and Marche puts the top card of her deck into her Shield Zone (Shieldify).
7. Hyper Alcadeias's put effect resolves and Marche draws three cards.
8. Romaion's put effect resolves and Marche put two Spells from her graveyard back into her hand.
9. Welkius's put effect resolves last, Marche draws a card and put Genmu Emperor, Infinite Dragon into play (Genmu is a Blocker with Infinity mana cost so said cost has to be bypassed)
10. Genmu ignores all the abilities of creatures and effects of spells that cost 5 or less.

If there are anyone here that actually plays Duel Masters, unless the artist made an error did Marche cheat in 5. by putting Miracle Stellar into play with one of the Heaven's Gates since I counted five names and Stellar being a Water Creature or did I misread something?
