Technically any digimon can become any digimon. It's rare in more story-oriented content for them to go out of a certain subset of branches but if they get enough of the right data they can.
Time Stranger Guilmon shares Koromon as an in-training with Betamon, and Betamon can digivolve to Devimon. From there you go LadyDevimon and finally Lilithmon.
