I got a request on poke_arts for a bad-ass Arceus. So when I was playing Pokemon: Soul Silver I thought it would be awesome to try and depict this scene: Sinjoh Ruins where your event Arceus makes you an egg of one of the dragons! I loved that cut-scene so much. Bad Ass! God gives you a dragon as a present.
The background started life as a nebula, and then just became a bunch of squiggly seizure inducing lines. Fun!
