Hey the cat is finally out of the bag! It’s been one of my art goals to design a costume for Supergirl, my all time favorite DC heroine and here she is! My deepest gratitude to the team at @DCOfficial who place their trust on me and gave me great creative freedom to bring my vision of Supergirl to life. Thank you!

In designing a new costume for Supergirl, my goal is to create something fresh while keeping the key elements intact. I adopted the theme of ‘sporty and fun, but packs a punch,’ by giving her a modern fitness compression cropped top and a tennis inspired skirt to allow the freedom of movements while giving her a sense of strength and beauty. The little exposure of her abs also adds a tinge of fitness and chic. To complete the look I redesigned her chest symbol to give it a more dynamic spin.
