Yuko Nabeshima's profile can be found in the comments for post #990087. Koma Mino belongs to one of the artists who is helping Ogitsune with the SW 1991 project. I've been thinking I should try to bring over more art from SW 1991 artists other then Ogitsune, but I don't have their permission to do so. (And would need translation help in order to ask about it.)

The comment is pretty much just what darthtabby says, with an additional "I've always wanted to try a collaboration with someone".
