"Pasty" or "Tubey", maybe, either to echo what he is in his name (as it does in Japanese), or to make a more direct conversion of the "wa" in chikuwa.

"Obento-go" implies it's the name of a vehicle, so maybe "Obento/Box Lunch the Express Train"?
