She's comparing the girls to various cheeses. Camembert has a white rind that looks like Nagisa's hair, gorgonzola has blue chunks, the comparison between Mami's breasts and mozzarella balls is obvious, and the Madoka string cheese comparison is alluding to how Homura rips Ultimate Madoka into two beings (regular Madoka and the Law of Cycles in Rebellion's climax, hence Homura's expression.
