This is from My Little Sweetheart Too which is an artbook.
The artist did not post her image anywhere online because she made it exclusively for the art book, so a link directly to the source via the artist can not be found.
However, I contacted one of the creators of My Little Sweetheart and confirmed which artist created this piece.
