Rappa sells his (gender assumed since I don't know) works in book form. For example, a single book of his "Cafe Myouren Temple" work consisted of 3 volumes(12 pieces of 4koma strips each volume)+ a side story (Like the GestalTouHou one). This story seems to consist of 15 pieces of 4koma strips each volume, hence, this strip is the last part of the first volume.
