For the record, in case someone didn't know this...
In a Japanese bath, you're not supposed to wash in the bath. You're supposed to wash in a pre-bathing area with a quick shower, after which you just sit in the bath to relax like a sauna. Kongou, here, is ruining the bath for everyone else by treating it like an "English Bath".
