Artist's commentary
S.I.C.'s Burakawani Combo reminds me of "that thing" in Tokyo Zankoku Keisatsu (Tokyo Gore Police) and I decided to draw this. But obviously I went too far... "Measure is treasure", in all things. I'm ashamed.
