For the poll, I make Ten-don, Oyako-don and Katsu-don on my free-time often enough, so I'll go with Kaisen-don this time around.

I really like Katsu-don, though I'd be willing to try Ten-don or Oyako-don. I'm not so sure about the other two, given that I'm in the Midwestern U.S. I don't really have enough money to make the trip to any place that would serve the first two.
