You shouldn't flip your pancake if the uncooked side still has liquid mix in there. You would burn yourself in the face or in your hands.

Seal the uncooked side with the help of spatula and then you can try flipping it.

She really doesn't have much luck with food does she? It's a wonder she doesn't starve x.x
