    Hang in There, Kogasa-san 1715

The regulations state up to 7 kg, but I'm always bringing on my karaoke transmission set, which weighs over 8 kg, and no one's ever said a thing to me about it. I guess it's fine if you don't exceed the limit by too much.

We later packed Sanae's bag to the brim with books too.

We flew on China Airlines this time, by the way.

I packed all my compilation volumes into this backpack and carried them there. When you send stock by air mail, you see, it's heavy, so it costs over ¥10,000/box.

Surface mail is cheaper, but you have to send it over a month in advance or it won't get there in time. (^^;)

Pre-trans guess: Weight restrictions for carry-on luggage and cost for overweight check-in luggage messing up with Kogasa-san's travel plans.

Swap travel with business and you're pretty much on target.

Had to drop someone off at the airport, or else I'd have been on this at the usual time.

The only reader-added tag right now is "Make doubly sure."

The survey this time is in the bag:

Who seems like they'd be good at carrying luggage?
    • Orin
    • Nitori
    • Suika
    • Big Sis Yuugi
    • Yukarin

My money's on Yukari: nothing beats the speed of wormholes.

Airlines can be pretty flexible when it comes to luggage and cargo. Basically, if you get it past the check-in counter, you're good for carry-on (although I have had my problems with a forgotten penknife at security when returning from Japan recently...)

Were they selling the same kind of penknife at one of the stores just past the security checkpoint?

Nope, this one was an actual Swiss Army Knife. I always have it in my pocket, so I completely forgot it was there, and I was just as surprised as the office patting me down.

'Cause weight's got nothing to do with carry-ons!!
    Operation: Transport
Will you be shipping stock to Taiwan again?
Hmm...I want to, but it's going to cost a good bit in shipping fees...
    And books are heavy!
    Huge!?
    Ack!!
I also bought a backpack I can fill with books!!
    You're sure strong-willed...
You do know there's an additional charge per kilo for check-in bags over 20 kg, right?
And that's why I bought the largest size suitcase that can be taken on a plane!!
※It's actually up to 7 kg.
