Looks like Sakuya messed up with rest and time stopping.

That just tells you how overworked she is if she fall asleep for what seems to be at least two weeks.

Maybe Remilia did try to wake Sakuya up, but couldn't because the Perfect And Elegant Maid had accidentally accelerated time for herself.
And thus one minute for Sakuya became one week for Remilia...

Poor Sakuya must be sore, sleeping like that! Remilia's efforts seem to have been... well, it's the thought that counts.

Noticing now that Sakuya dropped the pen on her head such that it stuck on, perhaps making it seem as if she was dead. Because such a diligent worker as Sakuya would never just fall asleep on the job.

And that would explain why Remilia is crying at her chair, after trying to get on with the daily routine without her. It is actually "Almost Heart-breaking", you could say.

Obviously very late, but I think Sakuya dropping the pen is what woke her up.
