If I recall right if that is an actual black there is no blast radius

it would collapse instantly but do collateral damage. No way it would have enough mass or energy to gulp up the planet or even shift its orbit, but an edelweiss growing on the peak of that mountain over yonder might get pulled out with its root and thrown in the general direction of the event.
