On December 6th 2007, another remix was uploaded on NND mashing up Ran Ran Ru with the song U.N. Owen Was Her? from the popular game series Touhou Project. However, the most infamous MAD that exposed Ran Ran Ru and popularized U.N. Owen Was Her in western audiences was uploaded to NND on January 1st, 2008.
I almost completely forgot about this thing, one of the things I watched way back that made me take a break off the Internet for a while. Good times.
But why Saitama?
You know, Flandre makes things blow with her clenched fist, like Saitama, but without actually punching them. Ran Ran Ru is good enough reason for internet to put Flan and Ronald in the same bag. Ronald and Saitama both walk and wear in a funny fashion.
Just a guess, for pixiv even the slightest similarities are often enough for crossovers.

Counting in M.U.G.E.N Ronald, don't you think this is a gathering of some OP characters?
M.U.G.E.N. is so full of broken-ass characters, you can literally find anyone and there's good chance there already exists a game-breaking version of that character.
