It's better to ask questions like these on the forum as comments have a higher turnover rate and are easy to miss.

There's no current policy on translating Pixiv tags. Better integration with Pixiv is something I'd like to investigate, so that you could do something like point Danbooru at an HTML page and it'll parse all the tags automatically. But I doubt Pixiv offers an API or anything like that to make it easy for me.

It wouldn't be too useful either, since tagging on pixiv is rather poor. For a character you might randomly see the first name, last name, both, or a nickname. Series may or may not be tagged. Etc.

Beako is indeed another name for Backbeard-tan, although I don't know which is more prevalent.
The post was tagged Bioshock because the game was mentioned in the comments, not because the picture had anything to do with it.
