Lets go back to simple things, shall we? After that long project that was KanColle vs Touhou...
It's another crossover picture. More to make fun of names, although it kinda fails since Akuma's Japanese name is different. Not too different... but different nonetheless. (It's 豪鬼 (Gouki (Great Demon/Devil))).
小 literally means small or little. 悪魔 means demon or devil. They just happen to pretty much be their names except the former has 'little' in her name.

Ah nevermind. Silly joke. ^^'
