I made a draft blue-ish cutesy gothic costume for Team Ninja's very own runaway shinobi, Kasumi

They have this annual community event for Halloween costumes. I decided to participate this year's event.

I kind of felt like giving her a more serious tone in her details as a reflection of her maturing resolution in the series, aside from the usual formula revealing outfits (They are nice, but sometimes feels a bit repetitive. Some of us likes fully-hosed legs, and there is indeed a scarcity of it)
