It's not a matter of the hour; they knew what time it was and still expected the restaurant to be open, so odds are, it normally is. It just happened to be specially closed that day. (Also, it looks like your input device auto-corrected in expectation of tag editing.)

My keyboard is trained to tag posts. Helpful with uploads, not as good with replies.
