For those who don't know, Someone made a meme by adding the words n**** stole my bike to the training interlude of Punch-Out!! for the NES.

In the third panel, Eiki(yamada_4season)'s post is reference to 卒業(Graduation), and y_ozaki's post is reference to 15の夜(A Night at 15). Both songs are sung by Yutaka Ozaki.
"White or black(白黒をつける)" is a Japanese idiom which comes from Go and means to make the answer clear.
