Uh, no. That's a standard WWII German tanker uniform... At least early on anyway. By mid-war most received a gray variant and/or coveralls although some preferred "elite" units continued to receive the black "panzer wrap" uniforms till the end of the war. Which is what the Kuromine uniform is loosely based upon for obvious reasons.
This Panther has a "Schmalturm". The overall reddish color of the turret is a anti-rust-primer (Bleimennige). This is a "What if"-tank from 1946. The "Flaktürme" (AA-towers) weren't armed with 8,8 cm guns. They had 12,8 cm Flakzwillinge, two guns in one mount.
