    Given context, this is supposed to be a cosplay, but I can't pin down who is doing the cosplay...

    In the Pixiv commentary, there are people guessing it's Mutsu or a Flower Knight Girl character.

    Googling for the line, Akigumo has a similar line when supplying, but has a different eye color and a mole.
