Is "Cool" the correct translation for Clownpiece last panel? From my quick little search it's more like a super casual greetings slang more akin to "Wassup", which would make the punchline make more sense

I actually translated that correctly several times before in other series, but a silly train of thought made me do it like that in this page.
ういっす -> Sounds kinda like "Oui" -> "Yes" -> "Okay" -> "Cool!"
"Last panel sure looks like she's saying yes too." was what I thought.
