All of this. The monochrome ones are always just as fine as the colored ones. Then again, a lot of this artist's stuff has remained (sadly) unattended and I think it will be left that way now. I hope that doesn't keep happening with the ones mentioned just now as well though. So pretty please.

Errrm... I was trying to go back and get this caught up for a while, but it wound up buried in the "To Do Pile" several months ago... (And it's far from the only thing there...)

Hole of Yago's Touhou works were some of the first Touhou doujins I ever read, and really set me off along that path, so yeah, I'd really like to try getting them completed when I can... *sigh* I guess I'll shift priorities, then.

While Yago wasn't the first ever doujin I read, he was the first I ever bought. And now, I own, quite literally, 100% of all the doujins by him (well, everything that I know of), going all the way back to his pre-Touhou stuff. (Got them for 70 yen per, for the most part - thanks, Surugaya, for your bulk-ordering discounts)

I, too, kept meaning to go back and do some of them, but just kept forgetting... I have... uhh... 287 tabs open right now, so they're probably sitting down there... somewhere...

But with the combined effort of NWSiaCB and me, it should be done... at some point!

And maybe, just maybe... I'll have a scanner in 2 weeks... and then you might just get some of comics that have never been seen before! (Unless you bought them. Or they're already been scanned. Or anything else that would lead to you having seen them)

Well, I don't live in Japan, so I don't have the kind of access to event-only doujins you do. Besides, I'm already at the point of double-stacking books in my bookshelves, and bookshelves cover all my walls but the doors, dresser, and (computer) desk. I'll wind up like a ROD character if I start actually importing in bulk, rather than keeping my manga obsession digital.

When I found Hole of Yago, I was mostly looking for things I could read for free off the Internet at that time.

Anyway, I've done a few between posting that and now, so some progress... but as usual, I am multi-tasking to the point of distraction...

I'm don't think, as far as I'm aware, that he's done any event-exclusive books ever (beyond, say, a copyhon insert).

Don't go down the dark path of doujin collecting... when you get to the point where it's actually more cost effective to get a non-destructive scanner than get second copies of doujinshi to scan; when you send 4x the weight back in doujin than luggage when you go to Comiket; when the clerks at the used doujin places think that you're selling rather than buying because the stack you have is so large - you have a doujin problem.

At least I don't do ero...
