The point isn't that she evaded, but that she evaded an active duty shipgirl who was throwing beans at her seriously without any apparent effort. And succeeded against someone who usually can carry a radar.

Edit: and while ambushed she successfully evaded with a simple lean to the right. She did it well enough to arouse Yuudachi's hunter mode.

Being trained in kendo and martial arts doesn't make you an automatic projectile dodging machine. Especially against an active duty destroyer.
