A little bit of summary here. Around a month ago, I accompany my mother to visit my cousin one evening, to be greeted by lots of Durians. My cousin apparently gathered a lot and distributed them to my relatives.

Durians are what considered to be the 'King of Fruits' due to its strong smell. Durians can be found typically in asian countries, including Brunei.

Due to it's strong smell, most foreigners who encountered it and some locals are not too fond of it. But the fruit is actually sweet (Splitting the fruit itself, and eat the contents inside it), assuming it is ripe to eat.

A good comparison for the durian would probably stinky cheese somewhere in Europe or nattou in Japan.
