This is the same artist, Look back at his earlier works. Looks like she was one of the first girls (at least uploaded to this website) to be on here. So very early work of this.

Yeah non of those are it...plus I don't think ray-k made the picture I'm talking about but another artist used the character and made her so she had her eyeball in her hand handing it over to you (the viewer)
