Fan art is a thing of its own, but I'm pretty sure @ithekro referred to the actual displacement. Shimakaze is roughly equal to Yuubari while Noshiro has double the displacement or more (depending on which values you use).
To be fair, not like actual displacement has anything to do with the size in KC, as proven by certain destroyers and CVL's.

Hey, something happened with this artist? He made all his KanColle work private on Pixiv, and some have been deleted on Twitter.

Darn it, he uploaded fully one of his doujin and I couldn't take the time to upload it.
