Does it? Never having heard the term アラフィフ, I took it to be an FGO-related term and simply Googled the two together, and "al-Afif" is what turned up. It's fixable.

Even if it's only occasionally, I'm happy to see an artist like futa drawing Fate-related stuff, as Touhou fandom is not worthy of such an artist for ostracize heterosexual shippings.

It's AROund FIFty; there's similar terms for forty and such too. It doesn't really feel like it's used as a general term for that age in there though, more like pretty much a name. [they say things like "Hey 'アラフィフ' *something something*." and it's used almost like a name]

By the way, the dog also has a name. Forgot which though.

Oh, I understand the derivation readily enough after seeing the actual meaning; I just hadn't encountered the word before, so I initially took it to be FGO-related, based on the content of this strip. Since there isn't a direct equivalent nickname in English ("Geezer", "men your age" and "old man" don't quite capture the specific age range), I figured I'd interpret it as a descriptive instead.
