    I later checked into it more thoroughly, and it seems they don't do that in the winter.

    I walked around the tropical garden for about five minutes, stared in front of the parrots for about 20 minutes, stared at the monkeys for another 20 minutes, then got tired of it. :-)

    Yesterday's public bath was a place called Taiseiyu Big Serving Bath, by the way, and I walked here from there.
