The problem is that I had googled that tag before uploading and all results I got were in Chinese, checking Wikipedia and google translate wasn't helpful either, all i got was Blue route.

Ah right, I was under the assumption you know Chinese, because you are uploading from Chinese artist.
(Kancolle tag will probably get translated to "ship this", FYI)
