Actually, I think xiu just uses them both for different T-dolls like they are two different teams. I don't believe there's any 4komas where Grizzly is with the female commander at all.
There's also a picture where the male commander lifts the female commander with his hands on the wrong spot. Dunno if that's up on Danbooru yet though.
