You could go even further, and have Nagatomon crying in the corner while Yamakaze "saves" her by calmly grabbing some tissue, nabbing the cockroach, and tossing it in the toilet for maximum phobia-related irony.

He's a young boy. They're pretty much the same as kittens.

Maya knows a strong boy when she sees it, and treats him as such.

My sister almost ate a cockroach once when she was still in the crawling stage.

Fortunately, mom spotted her grabbing something off the ground, and convinced her to give her a look at what it was.

Mind you, grabbing a roach fast enough yet firmly enough to not kill it is a real challenge...
