Gonna list the weapons that I can recognize:

• AKM - Verniy, as to be expected of a VMF
• RPG-7 - Miyuki
• FN FAL - Shigure
• Mossberg 12-gauge / Benelli M4 (with side shell rack) - Hatsuzuki
• Bushmaster ACR - Mogami
• Remington 700 w/Silencer - Kaga
• I'm guessing a MacMillian TAC-308 (with Muzzle brake) - Souryuu
• AR-15 with M203 - Kako
• Bren - Warspite
• ??? - Shouhou
• M240 or M60 (with Belt-fed Ammo and Hanging Riot Shield) - Nagato
• AR-15 or probably AR-10 with scope - Haruna

You got most of them right. However a few are wrong.
Shigure - Howa Type 89
Mogami - FN SCAR
Shouhou - M21
Kaga - M24

Some corrections:

Verniy: AK-74 (The furniture, especially the magazine and muzzle brake, is distinctive.)

Shigure: Howa Type 89.

Mogami: FN Scar H.

Kaga: M24A2, if I'm correct.

Souryuu: Not too sure. But that muzzle break and magazine suggest something heavier than .308, probably .50 BMG?

Kako: HK416 with M320 Grenade Launcher.

Waspite: That's specifically a L4A4 light machine gun, basically a BREN rechambered in 7.62 NATO. (Note the flash hider.)

Shouhou: M21

Nagato: That's a MK48 with the "Ironman" assault pack.

Haruna: M27 with what's supposed to be an ACOG of sorts, if I'm correct.

Nagato's LMG looks more like a MK46 and Kinu has an MP7 too.

Shouhou has a M21 sniper, Mogami has an FN-SCAR(H), Shigure possibly an FN-FNC or a Japanese type 89F. The Grenade launcher for Kako's rifle maybe either a HK AG-C/EGLM or AG36.

Shouhou's firearm looks like a sniper version of an M14, so M21 or M25?

Maybe Kako's is an HK416, which could be the reason why the grenade launcher is an AG36 instead of an M203.

Shigure is definitely holding a Type 89. Kako's is an M320 grenade launcher. Note the shorter barrel and slight difference in the receiver.

Indeed, it's a M21. It's got a non-fiberglass/polymer stock, which would confirm that.

It's an HK416 with a M320, specifically. Note the shorter barrel compared to an AG36.

Souryuu's sniper is an Accuracy International AW50. Note the distinctive AW body and the black body makes it a .50 BMG variant.

Haruna is using M27 IAR due to the longer barrel and the 416 stock while Kako is using the HK416D with M320. AG36 has a huge vented polymer space above the launcher barrel.

Shigure's is the Type-89F from the folding stock.

Verniy has an AK-74M to be exact and yes you are correct Kaga does carry an M24A2, the picatinny rail on top gave it away

Souryuu is using an AW50 here, based on that muzzle brake and bipod.

Also, since no one mentioned it yet, Kinu is holding a HK45, with a MP7A1 hanging from her chest.

And this is why I always check the comment section on Danbooru.

There is often something new you can learn from there... on top of the weird (but fun) realization that a huge number of danbooru residents either have/are in the military or are gun enthusiasts.
