Because that's how the original Japanese translates. "Monday Morning Offerings", as far as I can tell, was just an ad hoc title applied to the series when there was no idea presented of what Getusuyoubi no Tawawa really meant. Getusuyoubi =
Monday, that's definite. However, while a suitable English equivalent for "tawawa" may still be up for debate, "morning offerings" (or even just "offerings") is not it.

Heartwarming, then. It'd be Almost Heartwarming if the opposite happened-- if she congratulated him, then he went for her boobs. But because he stopped when he saw her happy tears, it's wholesome and cute.

It derives from Himura-sensei's own description of the first few images of the series, which is featured on the pool's description (bold emphasis mine): 月曜朝の社畜諸兄にたわわをお届けします, or "I shall offer tawawa to the corporate wageslaves on Monday mornings"

As for Getsuyoubi no Tawawa itself, IINM the official translation - or maybe even the official English (sub)title chosen by Himura-sensei himself and/or the animation producers! - is Tawawa on Monday; Wikipedia uses that, at least.

Which still leaves a word in the title that is meaningless to most non-Japanese viewers. I can understand the problem; as I noted, it's tricky to come up with an accurate, concise translation of "tawawa" that can be applied consistently, more so for people who aren't fluent in both languages. I can see even within the Wikipedia article at least two separate uses–the title and one episode—where it wouldn't necessarily be used in the same way. However, if we're not dealing with a familiar adopted word, like karate or sushi, leaving the word as-is doesn't communicate anything to the average reader, so I prefer to translate it.

Hard to be sure. It could be, but it could also be that he just "graduated" to treating his tutor as a person instead of a pair of boobs, lovely though that pair of boobs may be.

We just use it to distinguish the series of dialogue-less pictures that Himura-sensei releases each Monday from the actual comics and other media that are released under the same common title of Getsuyoubi no Tawawa.

Well, theoretically you make some good points, but considering that there are several popular anime, manga, and visual novels retain their titles either entirely or partially in Japanese without the meaning being explained in the form of an English subtitle (e.g. Urusei Yatsura, Tsukihime, Dagashi Kashi), I don't believe that your argument really holds much practical weight.

And even putting that aside, the word "Tawawa" is used in-universe as the common brand name for what appears to be a nigh-omnipresent corporation (or perhaps a corporate group of companies, i.e. a keiretsu).
