While uploading this, I was unsure of whether or not the "valentine" tag was to be used. She's giving a box of chocolates because she didn't get her significant other anything for valentine's day (which can be seen in post #2631260).
The gift isn't being presented on February 14th, nor does she explicitly call it a valentine's day gift, but it is in the artist's commentary on pixiv. For the time being, I've left the tag off.

To clear this up for anyone viewing this, due to danbooru's policy of "tag what you see", the valentine tag would not be appropriate for this image.
