You mean other than the fact that they have narrow hips, nothing that indicates they have breast despite 3 of them having noticeably well-endowed breast in their female forms, and a noticeable lack feminine qualities to their face?

It could just be a style choice. And, since it's mafia-based, Yang could be binding to help keep assets from being in the way. If the artist didn't specify genderswap in their initial posting, it isn't genderswap.
