It does look alot like his work but sadly I can't find any confirmation yet. His Pixiv and Twitter uploads have been rather messed up for a while.
I mentioned about some Elin art he may have been working on in post #2479437. Had the impression he was uploading to some place other than Twitter or Pixiv, perhaps somewhere he was making some money off said works like a Patreon or something. And then he suddenly closed up those Twitter and Pixiv accounts and disappeared for a while and then came back with his new current accounts.

I had had this pic a little while before posting it, back when I originally found it I was Google image hunting using the Korean and Chinese words for Elin to see if could scrounge up some more Elin art since Pixiv seems to be having a dry spell there.

Uh, just in case, if you are Linux+Chrome user - you can get source url and referrer from file extended attributes. This should work on Mac+Chrome too, not sure about Windows.
