Does anyone have any idea what function ええやろ is supposed to serve in the first line? I can't find anything on it.

Also, if anyone can make out the first two kanji on the post-it note in the bottom left corner of the image, I'd be grateful. I can only make out the katakana for "bonus" and the third kanji (日).

「ええやろ」 is Kansaiben for 「いいでしょう」.「ええ」is the same as 「いい」, while「やろ」is usually equivalent to「でしょう」.

He's from Hokkaido, but is currently living in Kanagawa Prefecture (where Yokohama is). So, Kanto region, not Kansai.

Just as an American can imitate a Southern or New York or SoCal accent (etc.) to make a point, and likewise for a British person imitating Cockney or Oop North or Scottish (etc.), the Japanese will sometimes use the Kansai dialect to achieve a certain effect.

Here, the purpose is to give it a playful/mischievous undertone.
