I'll wait for her lines and how she's written in story. Charlemagne sure surrounded himself with wierdos. It's like Knights of the Round Table is Record of Lodoss War, with FGO being the SD Lodoss spin-off, and Matter of France is Konosuba.
Her whole story just scream ranobe Mary Sue. I mean, a female knight who go on adventuring and literally seduced a Muslim knight into converting to get to marry her, after many hardships? Thanks Italy. No sarcasm intended.
What I think is frustrating is that Bradamante and Quetzalcoatl are apart of the same event. In my opinion Quetzalcoatl looks unique, she has a good design, and she's a blonde that I can picture perfectly in my mind when I think about her. Yet somehow they decide to go full generic twin-tails blonde with Bradamante in the very same event, it's almost like they're polar opposites. I know they have different people designing them and Quetzacoatl was in more or less good hands with Rei Hiroe designing her. I'm not sure who did the design for Bradamante, but I was really expecting and hoping the 5 star Christmas gatcha servant would look more unique than Bradamante does.
The very same guy who did design for Xenoblade and Expelled from paradise. Now the bigger question is; was it DW who demanded he make a generic blonde twintail or was he like every other more popular artist who seemingly have their head too far up their ass and just didn’t care or like the game enough to put an ounce of effort in creativity rather just wanting the check. I’m leaning toward a little bit of both.
She look like she can fit perfectly into any other mobile game(I.E GranBlue) with any other name, unless she has something that specifically tells us she’s from said historic character. Hell, put Joan D’arc under her and she can perfectly as Joan D’arc. Amazing.
But I think I’m being too harsh. Half the character in FGO could be someone else if you just give them a different name in truth.

Remember that was DW the same ppl who was thinking that Parvati's design is fine even tho she looks more like a purple colored Boudica rather than Matou Sakura, which she is one of those pseudo-servants.
Japan twitter is gushing over her, and the fact that Saitom drew her. Being tasked to draw a Servant in FGO, the big money maker right now in the mobage market, is pretty much elevated to Promoted Fanboy status, in other words a very big deal. You can ask lack about it
I am definitely alone when I say that I like her design. I also enjoyed Xenoblade 2, Saitou or not. That being said, there's no replacing Mordred for me as far as Fate characters go.
Considering Fate has a long history of rehashing the same character over and over, either by saying the "clone" is a different person who just happens to look the same(all the non-Arturia Saberfaces) or just rehashing the same character over and over in either a different class or as a loli/shota version, I'm surprised it took this long for people to start to complain about lack of original designs.
I mean we just got Qin Liangyu, and she was about as cliched a design as you can get for Chinese girl.
- Abukuma-like voice aside, she's a good girl and a far cry from a cheap LN tsundere as her design would first suggest. - In Nasuverse, Bradamante IS one of the Charlemagne's Twelve Peers. Then again, the list varied between Matter of France and the Orlando Italian epics from which Astolfo and Bradamante came from. - She is a fangirl of King Arthur, the Knights of the Round Table AND especially Merlin. Nasuverse Merlin seems to have meddled with the Charlemagne's court as suggested in her lines. - She is very very very faithful to her love, Ruggerio, and is still looking for him. Tho, as a knight, she's willing to put that quest aside to save our universe. - Dont mind the stripperific chainmail bikini, the unprotected parts are protected by magic! As she lampshade it.

I swear, when I saw the first images of her, I thought she was Mu-12 with twintails.
She sounds much better than Abukuma most of the time imho. BraBra does go into a sharp pitch some times but that's usually when she's excited. But I think the main difference is that it's clear (to me at least) that Ms Nomizu has to strain herself to give ABKM her unique voice, while BraBra sounds more natural.
