Currently, the only one whose three sizes are officially confirmed is Aliza, and from those numbers we can approximate her cup size to be a J-cup.
However, if you start to take Aliza's three sizes of "B94 W50 H68", apply it to her height (130cm), and then compare it to the in-game illustrations, her breasts get quite bigger and her butt becomes smaller.

This table is based upon Aliza's breasts being J-cups and every other character's cup sizes are calculated based on this, but as mentioned above, there is a dissonance between the numbers of her three sizes and the impressions from her illustration so it might be better to not use these cup sizes that put more weight on the game's impression for reference.
Of course, as her three sizes were officially confirmed, I think drawing her at the same size as her three sizes is also perfectly fine.
