"Best" is a subjective term. These are simply songs which have the most views on one specific site. They are very popular and iconic songs.

There's a pretty big difference between view numbers between Nico Nico and Youtube, then. There are far more Vocaloid songs on Youtube with 10,000,000 views.

Of course, since YT is part of the Google empire I can't say that's a good thing...

NicoNicoDouga is no longer as relevant a metric of popularity as it once was now that many producers are using YouTube and other platforms. The whole "Hall of X" thing became an outdated concept.
