Well, in real world with real women, they fear being beaten or killed if they do that. Which is a comprehensible fear in that situation.

I remember there were things like actual traps that women could put in their vaginas as a "rape deterrent", but as Ohlmann points out... what do you think happens if a woman is already drugged/beaten down/restrained to the point that she was being penetrated in the first place before they attack an already violent man in a way that's certain to murderously enrage them? It almost certainly ends in the woman being beaten to an unrecognizable smear. Being passive (while it may perhaps bolster claims of "she secretly wanted it") is far less likely to end in murder unless the guy was going to murder her no matter what.

Rapists don't usually force oral sex in their victims, that's a porn and hentai thing. Also, either the rapists acts alone, but immobilizes the victim, or in groups, so the victim usually are scared to death to even think about that.

Also, there's a lot of factors about rape, it's not just fucking by force some person: it's a relative abusing a minor, a close friend touching the victim, a total strange against a bystander in a unknown place, so the shock of the act sometimes "froze" the victim.
