Despite being "cleaner" than some of the other pieces from this artist, I can't figure out which character this is supposed to be. Marisa? Flandre? Remilia? Hina? Hair color can't be used as a guide with this artist, so I'm stumped.

At first I thought it was Marisa but it's tagged by the author as Remilia on pixiv.
