When duplicate exist, aren't you supposed to make the pixiv version the parent over the twitter one because of how twitter compress pictures?
That stopped being the case last year. Twitter doesn't compress images that harshly anymore. It's now comparable with Pixiv in terms of image quality. Parent is whichever was uploaded first for newer images in most cases now, as they're usually 100% identical, and one of the mods has a bot setup that identifies perfectly identical duplicates.
