To clarify, she's Momdroid/Ofukuroid, the main protagonist of one of Ishiyumi's original webseries (The Story of a Droid), set in a post-apocalyptic futuristic setting the author calls the Mechanical_Buddy_Universe (which also happens to be the setting for three other webseries).

Though here she's effectively cosplaying as the main protagonist of Tales of the Holy Elfroid Hylodom. She's dressed near-identically, with the only difference being the camo-pattern on the scarf-poncho and the integrated arm-crossbow.

Think this is just a one-off cosplay 'crossover' though, not unlike post #4331812 and post #4331815.
