Probably by clothing or hairstyle. Haato tends to have her hair long and straight, but Haachama has hers in pigtails. Also, Haato has her original uniform while Haachama tends to wear the gothic lolita outfit.
With that said, it can be difficult, especially this image since it could be either when looking at hairstyle or clothing preferences.

That's all something that needs to be officially established by Haato herself, though. She was wearing her original outfit for a very long time after she started calling herself Haachama. Unless she herself states that the uniform is Haato and the gothic lolita is Haachama, we can't just arbitrarily divide a character into two tags. Even if she does, it still might not be worth separating them.
That and we don’t even know if the one right now is the real Akai Haato or if its just an elaborate plan by Haachama to mascaraed as a seiso idol to lure in unsuspecting victims. The girl at this point is like some deadly parasitic creature that just takes over the body of another, tearing off the head and replacing it with her own (she did it before when she took over Luna’s body.)
I wouldn’t be surprise if in a few weeks, days even, she’ll relapse or hell maybe become even worse. She’s too dangerous.

Kanata started posting some creepy "Rewind" videos. I would not be surprised if Haachama is sticking her fingers into it.
