Elie-san from Hajimari no Kiseki. Cleaned it up a little bit. There's quite the gap between the in-game 3D model and and the original character design so I was wavering on which one to follow more closely, but in the end I decided to stick to the impression given off by the 3D model. In any case, it's done :-D
